Even if I do not set filter-caps property, camerabin uses its own default,
which in a specific case caused negotiations problems. If the user does not set
a filter-caps, he or she probably doesn't want anything filtered, so the
default caps should be ANY.

I also don't think this behavior is described in documentation.
