baseaudiosink: increase drift-tolerance to 100ms

We (Nokia) found a mka vorbis clip with a drift of up to 90ms. All tested
players (VLC, MPlayer, ffplay, Winamp, WMP, Android 2.3) play this clip just
fine... Perhaps we should too.

The attached patch should fix the issue.
