For a complete support I think that is necessary to fill the "codec_data"
property. I think that for H.264 streams is necessary to writer the
SequenceParameterSet and the PictureParameterSet in this field. I think that if
this parameter doesn't exist, the stream could not be connected to the
"ffdec_h264"
