For the WMV jitter issue see bug #549940 and bug #640859.

If you do the following, do you still have distortions when playing back the
created file (test.wav)?

$ gst-launch-0.10 uridecodebin uri="file:///home/dan/Videos/p.flv" name=dmux !
queue ! audioconvert ! audioresample ! wavenc ! filesink location=test.wav
