Haven't figured out how to provide a *simple* reproducible failure example to
the libav folks.

Anything here fails with more than one thread :
http://samples.mplayerhq.hu/V-codecs/MPEG4/

Whoever feals like banging their head at ffplay and trying to figure out how to
make it 100% certain that it uses 1) more than one thread with the -threads
option and 2) uses the software mpeg4 decoder is welcome to do so.
