I'm not convinced this is the right approach, either.  But I'm not opposed to
applying the patch to multifilesink.  One detail, however: change the name of
the enum to "key unit event".  "key unit" means the same thing as "key frame". 
(At some point in the distant past, someone decided that "frame" was too
specific and called it "unit" instead, rather than the other accepted term,
"random access point".)
