Summary: Internal GStreamer error: clock problem
Classification: Desktop
Product: GStreamer
Version: unspecified
OS/Version: Linux
Status: UNCONFIRMED
Severity: normal
Priority: Normal
Component: gstreamer (core)
AssignedTo: gstreamer-bugs at lists.freedesktop.org
ReportedBy: rbpark at exolucere.ca
QAContact: gstreamer-bugs at lists.freedesktop.org
GNOME target: ---
GNOME version: ---
When I run Cheese, I get this error message:
** (cheese:2653): WARNING **: Internal GStreamer error: clock problem.
Please file a bug at http://bugzilla.gnome.org/enter_bug.cgi?product=GStreamer
So... here i am ;-)
When I run gstreamer-properties, and test the video input, it shows the video
from the webcam correctly. Also, some random program I found call guvcview
displays the video feed without issues. I tried both xvimagesink and ximagesink
(as per the Cheese FAQ) and both produce this error.
I'm using a Dell Inspiron mini 10, with a SuYin integrated webcam (Bus 001
Device 002: ID 064e:a129). Please let me know what other information will be
useful to diagnose this.
