hey guys i have the same problem trying to use encodebin to mux an h264 stream
coming from a regular mpeg transport stream into an m2ts with 192 bits per
packet
h264parse would be required there. i've promoted its rank from none to primary
at runtime but it's still not considered by encodebin. i think the relevant
part in the source is commented out right now (using git here)
