stack trace for test-reame crash

To reproduce:
Run examples/test-readme

Run two vlc clients with the command:
vlc rtsp://127.0.0.1:8554/test

Close a client (you may have to repeat this a few times).

Eventually the server (test-readme) will crash with a segfault.
