Patch for -base

baseaudiosink: also start ringbuffer during wait for EOS (FIXME!)

Waiting for EOS needs a running clock, which might require the
ringbuffer to be running.

FIXME: This patch is incomplete in terms of proper locking; it needs
more work since there is probably remaining races between incoming EOS
event and state change.
