I have updated my branch in gitorius which is now rebased on top of
gst-plugins-bad/master and do not contain unrelated commits anymore.  I have
renamed the element to hlsdemux and fixed both the crash and the leak. Still
pending the last two points commented by Sebastian regarding the URI.
