Patch to add weak referencing to GstMiniObject

Here's an updated patch with the Since: directives and removing the
gst_mini_object_[add|remove]_weak_pointer() functions.  Do you still want
toggle references?  I thought that this patch would be enough to fix our
leaking issue. If you still want toggle references, however, that patch would
still have to be updated.
