make distinction between LATM/LOAS and ADTS AAC syntaxes

This patch makes a distinction between the different AAC possible syntaxes:
ADTS and LATM/LOAS.
LATM/LOAS is the AAC syntax used by the ISDB-Tb Digital Television standard,
used in all South America and other contries.
