Looking at other frameworks may be the simpler option is to use loas as
"stream-format" for LATM/LOAS AAC and just latm for LATM only AAC.
There is the possibility to use LATM alone, but not LOAS without LATM, so I
think I'll use LOAS for everything that refers to LATM/LOAS AAC and let LATM be
used if/when we support this AAC syntax alone.

What you people think?
