When added to aacparse the advantage would be, that all AAC decoders could
support ADIF/ADTS/LOAS/RAW without any changes and that you could transcode
from one container format to another without reencoding the AAC stream.

aacparse is autoplugged by decodebin2 before faad and other AAC decoders anyway
