Well, it's the LANGUAGE tag :) Unfortunately it isn't standardised it seems...

Would you be fine with having something like
GST_TAG_LANGUAGE=eng
GST_TAG_DESCRIPTION=Commentary by Nicholas Meyer
GST_TAG_DESCRIPTION=otherdescription tag
