If it's not ext/, then this should just be a patch to bayer2rgb.

The current method is bilinear.

There is no reason to have anything worse in quality than bilinear, since
bilinear is as fast as memcpy.

I just realized that I never pushed my Orc conversion of bayer2rgb.  Not going
to do it now, either, since it doesn't work anymore.
