gst-inspect is only a wrapper that calls gst-inspect-0.10, gst-inspect-0.11 or
gst-inspect-0.8, depending on the "default" GStreamer version. As a wrapper it
only gives you its own parameters and only when it calls the real executable
you will get the real parameters (which could also be different from version to
version).
