For what it's worth, this is not really possible, since the plugin was
blacklisted because it couldn't be loaded, and GStreamer can't know what the
plugin does or does not support if it can't load it. (Using old information
might work in this case, but not in other cases).

I don't know why the plugin was blacklisted, but usually those are caused by an
issue with your distro or your system setup (libraries in /usr/local/lib etc.),
hence the "invalid" bug resolution. If "wontfix" makes you happier, go for it,
but it's not clear to me what we're not fixing, and I doubt it has anything to
do with making it easier for other users to find this bug ;-)
