Looks like quite a different problem already.

Let's try with *base*:5,*rtsp*:5,*rtp*:5,*depay*:5,*video*:5,*ffmpeg*:5 this
time (or for that matter *:5 all around if feeling up to it).

In either case, please attach resulting log (rather than pasting).
