The solution: 

package "raptor" (libldrf dependency) changed the includes files location. 

moved:
/usr/include/raptor.h > /usr/include/raptor2/raptor.h
/usr/include/raptor2.h > /usr/include/raptor2/raptor2.h

Fixed by symlinking. Not sure if it is a libldrf issue or raptor or just
packaging.

I'm reporting this in ArchLinux Bugtracker. But surely is not gstreamer bug.
