Hello,

The patch that came out of this report: 0b774e0b7cf7a8ef1780fb610022 (in -base)
broke time-stamping in the simple pipeline: `gst-launch alsasrc ! audiorate !
filesink=/dev/null'. See Bug #660170 which I filed earlier today. Reverting
that patch fixes that bug.
