Start command and log.

Gstreamer cannot convert audio from Decklink. Tested on Intensity Pro (analog
input), DeckLink Duo (SDI input), DeckLink HD Extreme 3D (analog input). Start
command and log in attach. Kernel -  3.0.0-17, x86_64.
