The problem does *not* occur on GStreamer 0.10.33 with base plugins 0.10.32 and
good plugins 0.10.28.
The problem does occur on GStreamer 0.10.33 with base plugins 0.10.33 and good
plugins 0.10.28.

It appears the problem is introduced in base-plugins from 0.10.32 to 0.10.33.
