Summary: Garbled audio when decoding low bitrate WMA2
    Classification: Platform
           Product: GStreamer
           Version: 0.10.35
        OS/Version: All
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: minor
          Priority: Normal
         Component: gst-plugins-ugly
        AssignedTo: gstreamer-bugs at lists.freedesktop.org
        ReportedBy: nathan.barraille at gmail.com
         QAContact: gstreamer-bugs at lists.freedesktop.org
     GNOME version: ---

The file: http://www.box.com/s/cdbc070b25fdacb6e660

The file plays fine in VLC, WMP and QT, but when I try playing or decoding it
with gstreamer, the audio is all garbled.

It looks like a duplicate of 636953 and 610143, but the files in those bug
reports play fine for me.

Here are the infos of the audio track:
*** First Audio Track Parameters ***
- Format: Windows Media Audio Std v.2 - DivX audio v2
- Bitrate: 20 Kbps
- Resolution: 16 bits
- Rate: 22.05 KHz
- Channel(s): 2 (stereo)
- Position: Undefined
