This slew of unannounced patches has broken the module. Playback simply stalls
after the initial 3 segments have been displayed.

For example, it stalls on frame 897 with:
gst-launch-0.10 playbin2
uri=http://devimages.apple.com/iphone/samples/bipbop/gear4/prog_index.m3u8
