Finally looking at this a bit, it appears that after an error, the uridecodebin
for the failed stream doesn't get removed from playbin2, so it gets included in
the state change to PAUSED for the next track, which causes it to produce more
errors, so playback stops working.  I'm not seeing any crashes though.
