When playing mpeg-ts from udp or http sources the playback freezes on pts-wrap.
This can be reproduced by putting the attached file to a http server and
playing it with playbin2 and tsdemux. If the same file is played locally with
file-src it goes on perfectly fine when the pts-wrap occurs.
