Some of those files are MIT/BSD-licensed, or non-licensed because they're
autogenerated:

  vorbis_parse.c
  vs_*.c
  resample.c
  tests/check/orc/*.c

Also, dirac_parse.c is supposed to have the same quad-license as schroedinger,
although we could pick LGPL or MIT for simplicity.

ISTR that we halfway decided on LGPL-v2-only many years ago, but clearly gave
up on that.
