Take this as an example, the stream-ids of the streams coming out of oggdemux
will be "hash_of_uri/serialno_of_stream" for example.

I guess it would make sense to add a GST_WARNING() to the random-number-case of
gst_pad_create_stream_id() as this is something that ideally should never
happen.
