I have frame drops reproducing several mpeg1 files

This problem happen in gstreamer 1.0 and also 0.10 branches

In 0.10 Ive tried and change MpegPSDemux for mpegdemux (-ugly, mpegstream
plugin) and I can reproduce the file correctly
