We are not all getting duration for the flac files from the ffmpeg gstremer
pluins. 


Steps to reproduce : 

Just construct the gstremer pipepine for the flac files and query for the
duration of the file. 


Expected Result :

We should Duration of the flac file correctly 

Observed Result : 

We see duration returning wrongly. 


Can u please tell u how we can solve this problem or any patch which can fix
this issue.
