Sorry no gstreamer 1.0 binary for windows at hand... but we've written a
appsink based on GSocket, and it works under windows xp & windows 7.

sdk 2012.11 still failed on windows 7：
$ gst-launch-0.10.exe videotestsrc ! udpsink host=239.192.0.1
