FLAC muxing seems completely broken in 0.11, even this simple pipeline just
hangs:

gst-launch-0.11 uridecodebin uri=file:///home/cschalle/Music/tok.mp3 !
audioconvert ! flacenc ! oggmux ! filesink location=testflac.ogg
