Initially in pitivi as bug #432661, with the port to GES now it would make more
sense for gst discoverer to be the one to actually generate video thumbnails
according to the fdo spec [0][1].

Perhaps totem-video-thumbnailer could be called, or perhaps totem's code could
be upstreamed.
