minimal mpegts file to reproduce the problem

* Steps to reproduce:

gst-launch-0.10 filesrc location=sample_arte.ts !  mpegtsdemux name=d ! queue !
h264parse ! ffdec_h264 ! xvimagesink d. ! queue ! mpegaudioparse ! mad !
audioconvert ! alsasink

 * Actual result:

Blocked in preroll step.

With playbin it's ok. But with playbin2 I can't see the video.
