Following discussions at the GStreamer Conference, we have come to the
conclusion that the GStreamer team does not want to integrate GstFilters into
gst-plugins-base. I have then decided to release it as a standalone project.
For this reason, I am now closing this bug as WONTFIX.

The 0.1 version has been released and it is available from the new website: 
http://www.freedesktop.org/wiki/Software/GstFilters
