The file sent by email works fine with a simple playbin2 pipeline (gst-launch
and Totem), so this seems like a bug that was fixed already.

In case it's an issue specific to the KDE Phonon backend or amarok, could you
try:

gst-launch-0.10 playbin2 uri=file:///..../01\ Rhymin\ \&\ Stealin.mp3

This works fine for me.
