port festival to 0.11

Ported the festival plugin to 0.11. But working only when setting "sync=false"
to alsasink/pulsesink.

without setting the sync property it will through the error:
GStreamer-CRITICAL **: gst_segment_to_running_time: assertion `segment->format
== format' failed
