While above comments are generally valid, the particular sample in question
here (at least the one I got to examine) seems rather bogus.

On the one hand, it might not be muxed properly in that subtitle data does not
quite some to come out at the right time.

Also, there is at least one case of a subtitle with page_time_out 0 (which
would then be shown hardly shown at all).
