fix deprecated soup_message_headers_get

deprecated symbols soup_message_headers_get breaks jhbuild (as of the error
flags to build gst-plugins-good-master). This patch upgrade to  
soup_message_headers_get_one and bump slightly the dependency on libsoup from
2.26 to 2.26.1 as this is the release this symbol appeared first.
