This applies to both 0.11 and 0.10.

Push-mode seeking does not always work (seek fails, playback continues at
current position), even for the same URI.

Works fine for me, every time:
totem
http://samplemedia.linaro.org/VC1/big_buck_bunny_480p_VC1_WMA3_25fps_2100K.WMV

Fails for me, every time:
-base/tests/examples/playback$ ./playback-test 0
