Oh I see, this is in 0.10. Negotiation is known to be broken in this specific
case (there's nothing that checks if caps contain all the fields that are on
the pad template caps). It's fixed in 1.0 (and you can fix it in your sink by
actually checking the caps in the acceptcaps function).
