Actually in long run tests with git version of friday (2012-06-08) it turns out
that only one pts wrap is handled correctly. If a second wrap occurs the
playback freezes.
To reproduce this I used a ts-file containing no pts wrap and streaming it in a
loop with tsplay as udp stream:
tsplay -loop sample.ts 239.0.50.1:4444
gst-launch playbin2 uri=udp://239.0.50.1:4444

Wait for tsplay to loop twice (which will actually result in a PTS rollover
being detected each time) and playback freezes.

As a sample you can use http://jusst.de/files/cablecom-nick.ts for example.
