Let's WONTFIX this for the time being, since it doesn't look like we're going
to do this even in 0.11, and it's not clear if it will still be needed in 0.11
with the new audio/video caps that explode a little less. And also we can
reduce some of the caps explosion by passing filtercaps to get_caps() now. It
was a cool idea though (but perhaps a bit too complicated implementation-wise.)
