Wim pointed out that qtdemux *does* do reverse playback in pull-mode. Testing a
few codecs: h264 in mov works, mpeg4 in mov is problematic (with or without
patch) and svq3 in mov works. All ffmpeg codecs - so it's strange mpeg4 fails.
