gst_video_format_get_component_depth returns 8 instead of 16 for the two
GstVideoFormat values GST_VIDEO_FORMAT_GRAY16_BE and
GST_VIDEO_FORMAT_GRAY16_LE. This appears to have been inadvertently fixed in
8f00d76c when Edward backported GstVideoInfo. Perhaps this should be posted
against the SDK component instead...
