With a camera that only has one RAW Bayer (Fourcc: BA81) format, the generated
caps for v4l2src are only the ones that are provided by libv4l but the caps for
the raw bayer format is not provided. 

This is especially bad as libv4l may convert RAW bayer patterns for some webcam
but with the camera I am using, it just outputs wrong-color garbage. 

In any case it would be desirable to have the RAW format available so that
other filters in the chain could work with that format.
