I tried playing a podcast through my external sound card and I get the
following gstreamer error when setting the pipeline:

~ $ gst-launch-0.10 playbin2 uri=file:///home/hrvoje/Downloads/moth.mp3
audio-sink="audioconvert ! audioresample ! rgvolume ! volume ! level ! volume !
equalizer-10bands ! rglimiter ! audioresample ! alsasink device=hw:0,0"
Setting pipeline to PAUSED ...
Pipeline is PREROLLING ...
ERROR: from element
Could not get/set settings from/on resource.

It looks like the rate is not converted properly, can someone please check
