Test case

Since upgrading to Fedora 17 gnome-dvb-daemon is not able to stream MPEG2 TS
streams anymore. Creating a small example that uses a static pipeline did not
work as well when using rtpmp2tpay. However, demuxing and using rtpmp2tpay
works fine. I'm not sure whether that's a problem on the server or client side.
